Doris Mancil McArthur, 75, of Tifton passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022, at her residence. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mrs. McArthur at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 14, 2022, at Salem Memorial Gardens, where she will be laid to rest. The Rev. Sam Thompson will officiate.
Daniel Conger, Cody Fogarty, Braydon White, Cannon White, Nathan McArthur and Clint Sheaers will serve as pallbearers.
Born December 27, 1946, in Fernandina, Florida, Mrs. McArthur was the daughter of the late Pearlie Mancil and Leona Lewis Goodbread and her step-father, Carl Anthony Goodbread. She was a homemaker and a member of Unity Baptist Church.
Mrs. McArthur is survived by her husband, Claude McArthur of Tifton; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Melinda Robinson of Tifton and Nathan and Stephanie McArthur of Vero Beach, Florida; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cyndi and Lewis White of Brookfield and Karen and Tommy Conger of Tifton; one sister, Bonnie Mancil of Tifton; her grandchildren and their spouses, Shandi Taylor, Eric Taylor, Heather Robinson, Daniel Conger, Caroline Conger, Hailey and Tyler Meeler, Mylee and Arielle Hartfiied, Cody Fogarty, Braydon White, Cannon White, Erin McArthur and Liam McArthur; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
