Flora Gomez-Malave of Boston passed away at Carney Hospital on Saturday, February 5, 2022.
Wife of the late Francisco Gomez. Born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Asunción Malave Lozada and Maria Ramos Lozada. She leaves her only daughter Florarelis Gomez-Malave and her fiance Jay of Boston, her sisters Maria Malave-Delossantos and her husband Hector Delossantos, of Cambridge, Justina Malave-Balbuena and husband Julio Balbuena of Stoughton, Rosa Malave and her partner Al of Pawtucket Rhode Island, Aleida Malave of Lynn, her brothers Mariano Malave of Boston and Ismael Malave of Boston, and many nieces and nephews. Sister of the late Marcelino Malave, Antonio Malave, and Norma Malave Mejia.
Calling hours: Friday, February 11th, 2022 from 10:00am to 12:00 noon, followed by burial at Oak Lawn Cemetery. Continued mask-wearing, regardless of vaccination status, is highly encouraged and greatly appreciated by the family and guests.
