Michael C. Corcoran, 64, of Maplecrest Drive, Greenville, died Monday, February 7, 2022 at Miriam Hospital with his wife and sons by his side. He was the husband of Nannette D. (DeBeaulieu) Corcoran. They have been together since the age 16 and married for 41 years.
Michael was the son of the late Charles E. and Beverly A. (Logan) Corcoran. He had lived in Smithfield since 1997 and had previously lived in Johnston.
Michael had worked as Lead of Purchasing and Receiving at Bryant University for 22 years He had previously worked at Star Market in various locations throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He had also worked at Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home in Greenville for the past 15 years.
Besides his wife, Nannette, he is survived by his sons: Ryan M. Corcoran of Smithfield and Logan S. Corcoran of North Providence. He was the father of the late Paige M. Corcoran. He is survived by his siblings: Timothy and Brian Corcoran, Patricia Cote and Jane Bruscini and his faithful companion, Dax.
Michael is so loved by family, friend's, neighbors, co-worker's, he will be remembered in all our hearts that he has touched and by his straight faced wit, never saying no to anyone and most of all his big personality. He always lit up a room with his smile.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 11am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will be in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation will be Friday 4-7pm in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. The family respectfully requests all those attending services to please wear a mask.
