SWANSEA… Frank M. “The Dutch” Perron, 71, of Swansea passed away February 4, 2022 at Charlton Memorial Hospital.
Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Hugo D. and Phyllis M. (Malloch) Perron. He had lived all of his life in the Swansea/Somerset area.
Mr. Perron was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving during the Vietnam War. He was an avid racecar enthusiast, enjoyed playing the drums, and was know to be an animal lover. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and loved watching Family Guy, no matter how many times he saw the same episodes.
He is survived by many close friends who became like family, including: Jason, Patty, Mikayla, Lindsey and Corey.
