Floyd C. Muir, 58

Dateline: Attleboro, MA

Floyd C. Muir, age 58, of Attleboro, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at the Hope Health Hospice Center in Providence, Rhode Island.

Born in Catasauqua, Pennsylvania on October 4, 1963, he was a loving son of the late Floyd E. and Betty L. (Rockwell) Muir.

Floyd grew up and was educated in Upstate New York. For twenty-two years, he proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force. On April 24, 2006, he was honorably discharged from the service with the rank of Tech Sergeant.

Floyd made his home in the Attleboro area for the past seventeen years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, electronics, video games and watching old western movies, especially those starring John Wayne.

He is survived by his devoted daughter Heather Marie Muir of Georgia. He was the dear brother of Cheryl A. Cekanavich and her husband of Norton. He was the cherished uncle of Richard Cekanawich and Sarah Paff and the great uncle of Cassandra Paff.

Services and burial will be private and visiting hours have been omitted.
