Carolyn Fletcher Webb, 86, of Leesburg, Georgia (lived with her daughter Bobbie and son in law Charles for the past 9 years in Mount Airy, NC) went to her heavenly home Saturday, January 29, 2022.
Visitation will be February 3, 2022, at the Paulk Funeral Home in Ocilla, Georgia, at 1:15 PM. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM, at Fletcher Cemetery, Pinetta Road, Irwin County, Georgia.
Carolyn was born June 14, 1935, in Irwin County, Georgia, to the late James Edgar (Eddie) Fletcher and Rebecca (Becky) Roberts Fletcher. Carolyn retired from Gillionville Complex in Albany, Georgia, where she was manager. Carolyn enjoyed going to dances and playing in bowling leagues. She loved her flowers and yard. She enjoyed and loved her grandkids and great grandkids.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her Mom and Dad, 4 brothers - James E. (Buddy), Robert E. (Bobby), Joe Brown (Brownie) and Herman Fletcher, and one sister Louise F. Team. She is survived by 2 sisters - Marian F. Carrington and Judy F. Brown. She is also survived by her daughters: Rebecca Webb Wood and Bobbie Carol Webb Reddell and son in law Charles Reddell; grandchildren: Kimberly (Jim) Crawford, Emily Wood (Sebastian) Alberts, Rebecca Reddell, Cortney Reddell, Alan Wood; and 7 great grandchildren- Benjamin, Ana, Jon, Kenneth Charles (KC), Arlo, Sawyer and Willow.
The family requests donations to Mountain Valley Hospice, 401 Technology Lane Suite 200, Mount Airy, NC, 27030 in lieu of flowers.
