Charleen M. (Owen) Brown, a 3 year resident of Wilmington and formerly of Lowell and Charlestown, entered into eternal life on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at her home in Wilmington. She was 35 years of age.
Charleen was born in Cambridge on January 20, 1987, a daughter of Denise A. Owen and Kenneth Trapp. She grew up in Charlestown where she attended Charlestown Catholic Parochial School and graduated from St. Clement High School in Medford. Her passion for helping people led Charleen to become a Nurse Aid where she worked at the Leonard Florence Nursing Home in Chelsea for several years. She was a very kind, loving, and family oriented person. She was full of love for anyone and everyone, and would give you the shirt off of her back. She will be remembered as always having a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye.
Charlene is the beloved wife of Jason Brown. She is the devoted mother of Jayleen B. Owen-Brown and James K. Brown. She is the loving daughter of Denise Owen and Kenneth Trapp. She is the beloved sister of Michelle Galvin, Robert Galvin, Kenneth Trapp, and Nolan Trapp. She was predeceased by her grandmother Barbara Owen and uncle Kenneth "Turtle" Owen. She is also survived by a loving niece, many nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Charleen's visiting hours on Friday, February 4, 2022 in The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown from 3 P.M. to 7 P.M. followed by her Funeral Service at 7 P.M. in the funeral home. Her burial will be private.
