Andrea M. Azeredo, 36, of Tewksbury, passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family from complications due to liver and kidney failure compounded by Covid-19. She was the beloved daughter of Joseph and Maria Azeredo of Tewksbury.
Born July 25, 1985, in Cambridge, she was educated in the Somerville School System and graduated from Somerville High School.
Although Andrea lived a short life, it was a happy life. She enjoyed every minute of every day and her smile could light up a room. She had several interests, among which were country music, singing, drawing and puzzles. She was especially gifted at the game Memory and no one could match her amazing ability for recall. Whether it be a birthday, anniversary or any special date, she always remembered, she truly had a beautiful mind. Her life was filled with love and happiness at every turn. One thing she never could be called was shy. She was loud, outspoken and sassy. She always kept everyone around her on their toes and was extremely independent and regimented.
Above all else, she will be remembered as her Mother’s “Special Angel”. Her life was a gift that taught her family patience, kindness and love in so many ways, she will never be forgotten.
Besides her devoted parents Joseph and Maria, she is survived by her siblings and their families, Ellen, Brian and Emily, Tommy, Jenny, Juliana and Tommy Jr., Lezette and Silverio, Suzette and Jimmy; she will be dearly missed by her Chihuahua Paco; and is also survived by her extended family.
As Andrea walks into eternal life in Heaven, she will be greeted by her brother Jimmy Azeredo, her grandparents and her family dog, Toby.
On Tuesday, February 1, 2022 all are welcome to attend her calling hours from 4 until 8 p.m. at Tewksbury Funeral Home, 1 Dewey Street, Tewksbury, 978-851-2061.
Her funeral service and burial will take place privately surrounded by immediate family only.
