WORCESTER___Lisette J. “Lisa” (Confer) Bain, 56, of Worcester passed away peacefully on Friday Dec. 10, 2021 in the comfort of her home with family by her side.
Lisa leaves her husband of 30 years, Jeffrey S. Bain, her children, Jason Confer, Emmanuel Confer, Jeffrey Bain, Jr, and his wife, Nicky, Joshua Bain and Jacqueline Bain and her partner, Antwaine, eleven grandchildren, her sisters and brothers, Dawn Mongeon, John Confer and his wife Diana, Sharilyn Poston and her husband, Eugene, Calvin Confer, Gabrielle Saez, Nico Confer and her partner, Thomas Warren, Reno Oster and her husband, Frank and Christian Confer and his wife, Sara. She also leaves several nieces and nephews, Lisa was predeceased by her father and mother, Calvin “Sonny” and Jeannine Confer and by two brothers, Michael Confer and Gregory “A J” Confer. Lisa was born in Worcester and has lived here all of her life.
Lisa was a stay at home Mom who loved raising her family. She was a loving wife, mother, aunt and grandmother. Before that Lisa worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant at area nursing homes for several years. She enjoyed being around family and her children the most. She even enjoyed cooking for everyone and anyone who was around. She always put people first before herself. She always had open arms to her children’s friends, and counted them as her own. She was “momma bear” to everyone she knew.
Lisa loved watching movies, cooking for her family, drinking coffee on the porch, watching her grandchildren, and spending the most time with her family as often as possible. Every Saturday was a day her and Jeff (her husband) would have the day to themselves doing errands and driving around, they would visit their parents every Saturday at the cemetery. She enjoyed life to the fullest. Lisa, “Momma Bear” was home to everyone she knew. Lisa had such a big heart and would give you the shirt off her back if that meant you would be warmer.
Memorial Calling hours to Celebrate Lisa’s life will be held on Saturday February 5, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in DIRSA – MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton Street, Worcester.
