WEBSTER - Daniel R. “Danny” Tycz, 79, died on Sunday, January 16, 2022 at home after an illness.
Daniel leaves 2 brothers, Bernard Tycz of Thompson, Connecticut and Thomas Tycz and his wife Mary of Falls Church, Virginia; several nephews; and good friends Jodi Dufault and Michael Brown of Webster. He was pre-deceased by his infant sister, Esther.
He was born in Webster on August 6, 1942 a son of Stephen A. and Rose A. (Jolda) Tycz. Danny graduated from Bartlett High School and attended Nichols College. He worked for S&M Manufacturing and American Optical Company both in Southbridge and for Anglo Fabrics Company in Webster.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoying the outdoors whenever he could.
Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. Memorial donations in his name may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster.
