Dorothy June (McEachern) Vitello, age 90, passed away on Thursday, January 20th, at Glen Ridge Nursing Care of Medford. Raised and educated in Chelsea, she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret McEachern. Always called “June” by family and friends, she was a longtime Medford resident before moving to Reading four years ago. June loved entertaining, and Sunday night family dinners were the highlight of her week.
June was the beloved wife of the late Angelo Vitello, and the devoted mother of Kirk Vitello, and Cindy Andrade and her husband Enderson. She was the loving grandmother of Kirk Michael, Brittany, Andrew and Raquel, and is survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. At her family’s request, funeral services for June will be private.
