Matthew David Pedley, 47, of Londonderry, NH, passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022, in the Southern NH Medical Center, Nashua, NH. He was born on April 13, 1974 in Morristown, NJ, a son of Dennis and Barbara (Kruse) Pedley.
Matthew graduated from Londonderry High School and spent a couple of semesters at UNH. His love was always in the culinary field, and he spent most of his adult life preparing pizza and other delicious meals for local diners. Matthew was artistic and especially enjoyed sketching superheroes. He collected comics and photos of celebrities at Comic Con conventions that he and his younger brother attended. Another passion was motorcycling on the backroads of New Hampshire, and as a pet lover, Matthew also enjoyed taking a drive with one of the family dogs riding shotgun.
In addition to his parents of Londonderry, Matthew is also survived by his brother, Chris Pedley of Milford, NH, and aunts, uncles and lots of cousins.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 11:30am at St. Mark the Evangelist Parish, One South Road, Londonderry. The celebration can be seen on livestream at St. Mark the Evangelist | Londonderry, NH (stmarksnh.org). Burial will follow in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Gilcreast Road, Londonderry. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cocker Spaniel Rescue of New England, Inc. (CSRNE.org).
