Kristopher Richard Hughes, 60, of Bellingham, died January 11 at Milford Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. He was the husband of Barbara (Snyder) Hughes for the past 31 years.
Born in Newton, September 27, 1961, the son of Norman R. Hughes and the late Stephanie Hughes Glasford, and the stepson of Okie Glasford of Waltham, Kristopher was raised in Newton Highlands and had lived in Bellingham for the past 22 years.
Kristopher had worked in the shipping and receiving division of Gannett Boston Offset for 20 years. He had also worked for Harvard Bioscience in Holliston.
He enjoyed fixing cars, snow skiing, camping, watching football and was a huge fan of the music group RUSH having gone to twelve of their concerts with his wife Barbara over the years.
In addition to his wife and stepfather he is survived by his son Connor Hughes of Bellingham.
He is also survived by his stepbrother Paul Hughes of Florida and his sister -in- law Leslie Signore and her husband Adam of Medway and their children, Michael, Matthew and Jessica.
A celebration of Kristopher’s life will be held at a later date.
