Vladimir Stoja, 66, of Worcester died Tuesday, January 11th in St. Vincent Hospital. He leaves his wife of 30 years, Vasika (Vasilika) Stoja; a son, Elvis Stoja of Worcester; two brothers, Vaska and Luigi Stoja both of Worcester, and extended family and friends. He was predeceased by a brother, Dhimitri.
He was born in Korca, Albania the son of Matthew and Stavrulla (Pancollari) Stoja and was a member of the Albanian Army. Vladimir was a handyman who was outgoing, funny, and enjoyed spending his time fishing. He worked at TJ Maxx Distribution Center for 25 years. Everyone came before Vladimir; his family was his #1 priority.
A graveside service is Tuesday, January 18th at 12:00 p.m. in All Faith Cemetery, 7 Island Road. Calling hours will be on Tuesday, January 18th from 10:30 until 11:30 a.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue.
