Diane M. (Enos) Marnik, 67, of Fairhaven, passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was wife of the late Wayne Marnik.
Born in New Bedford, daughter of the late William and Beatrice (Dean) Enos, she had lived in Fairhaven for the last 15 years. She loved the outdoors, gardening, yard work, fishing, having barbeques, camping and sitting by the fire (sometimes sitting too close and setting her shoes on fire). Mrs. Marnik collected bird feeders and bird houses and she loved watching and feeding hummingbirds. She was always up for an adventure, which included driving through the country, going to fairs, festivals, carnivals, concerts and going to Reggae Fest, as she enjoyed listening to music. Diane enjoyed playing bingo and going on bus trips to the casino, especially for their buffets. A devoted grandmother, she loved being Ezra's "Gaggie" and spending time with him. In September of 2020, she proved to Ezra that she could ride a bike by riding his BMX.
Survivors include a daughter: Heidi Campbell and her husband Richard of Fairhaven; a brother: William Enos, Jr. of New Bedford; 2 sisters: Kathy Varao of New Bedford and Susan Provencal of Fairhaven; a grandson: Ezra Campbell; a niece: Heather; a nephew: Scott; 2 great nieces: Alura and Alondra; and a great nephew: Brady.
