Harrison Charles Hegarty, 30, of Londonderry, NH, passed away from complications of his End Stage Renal Disease on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 in Parkland Medical Center, Derry, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Manchester, NH on Sept. 23, 1991, to Bernadette (O'Donnell) Hegarty and Frank Hegarty of Londonderry.
Harrison was an active member of the Londonderry Special Olympics, was a former Boy Scout in Troop 426, and formally worked at Walmart in Manchester, NH, as a produce inventory associate. Harrison loved his friends, and music, and professional wrestling. Harrison and his family spent eight summers going to Camp Sunshine in Maine, a camp for chronically ill children and their families to escape the grind of their illnesses and spend time with families in similar situations. He made many friends and memories that lasted a lifetime.
In addition to his parents, Harrison is survived by his loving brother, Michael J. Hegarty; his aunts, Donna Orth of CA, Carol Sheehan of GA, Deidre Long of MA, Eileen O'Donnell of MA, and the late Therese Hegarty of MA, and his uncle John Hegarty of FL, formally of Londonderry. As well as many loving cousins; and his fiancé Nancy Morsi of Londonderry.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, January 9th from 1 – 4pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. The family requests that masks be worn for all those in attendance. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:30am in St. Jude Parish, 435 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. The burial will follow in the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, 185 Lake St, Peabody, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Camp Sunshine in Maine or Tommy's Place Falmouth, MA.
