William J. Greenlaw, 82, of Dayville, CT died Saturday, January 1st in Day Kimball Hospital. He was the husband of Mary Lou (Moran) Greenlaw who died in 2015. He is survived by his son, William J. Greenlaw, Jr. and his wife, Angela Lemoine of Dayville, CT; his daughter, Ellen Greenlaw of Worcester; his sister-in-law, Kathy McKee of Portland, OR and brother-in-law, Frank Moran of Cape Cod; three grandchildren, Sophie and Julian Fugatt and Taylyn Lemoine and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Lance McKee.
William was born in Malden and was a United States Army veteran. He had worked as an automobile salesman for Diamond Chevrolet as well as other area dealerships; and later had been the proprietor of Moran Shoe retiring in 2012. He will be missed by his dog and best friend, Panda. Bill enjoyed time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.
His funeral is Saturday, January 8th with a service at 10:00 a.m. in O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:00 until the time of the service in the funeral home.
