Grace F. (Gardner) Bartosz, age 91, passed away peacefully at home on December 29, 2021. Her love for God, love for her family, her playfulness, and appreciation of simple things will be greatly missed. She was born on August 23, 1930, a daughter of the late Percy and Eileen (Mahoney) Gardner. Grace married Edward Bartosz June 18, 1949 and together they raised six children. She is predeceased by her husband Edward G. Bartosz who passed away on January 1, 2017. She is survived by three sons, Steven Bartosz (and Carol) of Chicopee, Edward J. Bartosz of Chicopee and William Bartosz of Chicopee; two daughters, Sandi Michon and her husband Ron of Westfield, and Tina Fortier and her husband Stephen of Hampstead, NC. She also leaves 10 beloved grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her son James Bartosz, one brother and four sisters. Calling hours will be on Monday, January 3, 2022 from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m at Life Point Church, 603 New Ludlow Rd, Chicopee followed by a Memorial Service at 11:30 a.m. A Graveside Service will take place on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 in Mater Delarosa Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. The Grise Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
