Roberto Baganha, 61, of New Bedford died December 26, 2021 at home.
He was the husband of the late Lucia J. (Madeira) Baganha.
Born in St. Michael, Azores, son of the late Antonio and Rosalina (Albano) Baganha, he lived in New Bedford since 1990.
Mr. Baganha enjoyed raising canaries and won many awards.
He is survived by his four children, Telma Baganha, Kimberly Baganha Grant and her husband Niccolai, Mauro Baganha and his wife Kathy, and Michael Baganha; his siblings; nine grandchildren, Jalen, Kevin, Evan, Ava, Sabrina, Mason, Brooklyn, Luca and Grayson; and many nieces and nephews.
His Funeral will be held on Wednesday, January 5th at 9:30 AM from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford, followed by his Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10:30 AM.
