Kathryn A. (Burnworth) Pressnall, 74, of Anderson, died December 25, 2021 at her residence after a brief illness.
She was born November 11, 1947 in Warsaw, IN, the daughter of Carl and Betty (Tuttle) Burnworth. She graduated from Pierceton High School in 1966 and attended 2 years at Ball State University.
She worked in the office at J.C. Penney for 32 years and was a receptionist for Regenold Pontiac for 6 years. She was a member of the Kosciusko Foundation; Chapman Lake Conservation Club; Chapman Lake Fun Club and enjoyed boating and being on the water at Chapman Lake with friends and family.
Kathryn is survived by her husband of 53 years, Ron Pressnall of Anderson whom she married August 17, 1968 in Pierceton; son, Brian R. (Lori) Pressnall of Warsaw; daughter, Rhonda Cox of Anderson; sister; Linda Gosnell of Fort Wayne; four grandchildren, Brandon Pressnall, Tristan Cox, Taylor Cox and Trevin Cox all of Anderson; great-granddaughter, Lillie Pressnall; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Service will be Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with
Chaplin Rob Mifflin officiating. Burial will take place in Hillcrest Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 11 a.m. until the service at 1 p.m.
