Debra A. Archer, 71, of Medway died peacefully on Saturday, December 25, 2021, at Serenity Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation in Wrentham.
Born in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina on November 21, 1950, she was the daughter of Elizabeth (Young) Archer of Medway and the late George F. Archer.
Debra was a resident of Medway for most of her life and graduated from Medway High School in 1968. She attended Wyndham Secretarial School and earned an associate degree from Newbury College.
Debra worked at EMC as a pricing analyst for 17 years until her retirement.
She enjoyed playing bocce ball as well as darts in several leagues and was an avid Red Sox fan.
Besides her mother, Debra is survived by her siblings Gary Archer and his late wife Janice, of Richmond, Rhode Island, Gail Corbett and her husband David of Medway, Scott Archer and his wife Jacqui of Newburyport and Todd Archer and his wife Courtney of Flower Mound, Texas and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass on Wednesday, January 5 at St. Joseph Church, 151 Village St. in Medway at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Medway.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, January 4 from 4 – 7 p.m. in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com). Masks are mandatory in both the funeral home and church.
