Gregory Matthew Covatis, 45, of Londonderry, NH, died Sunday December 19, 2021, in the Catholic Medical Center, Manchester, NH. He was born on December 16, 1976, in Concord, NH a son of James and Pegge (Emerson) Covatis. Greg worked for Global HR Research as a pre-employment screener.
Greg was the quintessential family man working hard to provide for his family. If he wasn’t working you could find him spending time with his daughters, tinkering on cars, or working on some type of project. He could fix just about anything. Greg loved the outdoors whether it was fishing, hunting, yard work, or teaching his girls how to drive the tractor. No matter what Greg had going on, he always made time for his friends and family. Family was always his top priority. He was always the first to help and lend a hand to others in need. He really was a one of a kind guy, and his passing has left a huge hole in many people's hearts. He will always be remembered for his big heart and dedication to make sure that his family was always taken care of. He touched the lives of so many and will be greatly missed.
In addition to his father of Manchester and his mother of Concord, NH, he is survived by his wife of 10 years, Kristen (Bruno) Covatis of Londonderry; two sons, Jesse Covatis of Nashua, NH, and Noah Covatis of Fort Myer, Arlington, VA; four daughters, Mariana, Amelia, Talia and Sienna Covatis, all of Londonderry, three brothers, Nicholas Covatis of Deerfield, NH, Alexander Covatis of Penacook, NH, and Matthew Covatis of Manchester; one sister, Stefanie Flanders of Contoocook, NH; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2021, from 3 - 6 PM in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH with cremation to follow. Mask usage will be left to the discretion of the attendees
