Helene J. Finneral passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 12, 2021. She was born in Lowell on May 26, 1937, daughter of the late Gilbert Finneral Sr. and the late Julia (Stefan) (Finneral) Fox. Helene was also the stepdaughter of the late John Fox.
Helene was educated in Lowell, graduating from St. Peter's grammar school and Lowell High School, where she was a member of the Girl Officers, Class of 1954. After completing her education at Lowell Commercial College, Helene worked at Lowell Gas and Colonial Gas for thirty nine years. She enjoyed trips to the mountains in the Fall and the beach in the Summer. She also enjoyed dining out with friends.
Helene is survived by her niece Karen Scott and her husband, Brian, and their children, Adam and Ashley; and nephews David and his wife, Robin, and Kevin Finneral and Dan Finneral and his wife, Jamie. Helene is also survived by long time dear friends, Ann-Louise Brox and Beverly Ghareeb.
She was also the sister of the late Gilbert Finneral Jr. and the late John T. Finneral and sister in law of the late Cecile FInneral; and aunt of the late Linda (Finneral) Toupin.
