Jeanne L (McAvoy) Taylor, 74 of Derry, NH died Monday, Dec 13 2021 at home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on Nov 10, 1947 in Lawrence, MA a daughter of the late Edward L. J. and Helen (Lane) McAvoy. She was a longtime resident of Derry, NH.
She retired from Honeywell in 1988 to care for her grandchildren. She enjoyed playing BINGO and watching the Hallmark Channel as well as spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Jeanne was predeceased by her husband of 46 years, John “Jack” Taylor in 2012, her brother, Dennis McAvoy and her son-in-law Raymond Jandreau. She is survived by her 5 children Rebecca Quinlan, Deborah Jandreau, Christine (Danny) Levesque, Cynthia Brunette and Keith (Kimberly) Taylor, all of Derry, NH. 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, as well as 3 more on the way. Sisters; Louise DiMario, Nancy (Dennis) Olisky Sr., Karen (Robert) Deshaies, Susan (Lawrence) Fitzgerald, Cheryl (Riney) Lochmann, brother Wayne (Nancy) McAvoy, sister-in-law Helga McAvoy, brother-in-law Geoffrey (Elaine) Taylor as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 9:00am to 11:00am in the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry, NH.
