William Thomas Hopkins 73, passed away December 10, 2021 at Brookside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Webster.
He was born October 9, 1948 in Foster, Rhode Island son of the late Allen W. and Barbara (Pignolette) Hopkins.
William leaves behind two brothers; Wayne Johnson of North Kingston, R.I., and Wayne W. Hopkins,III of Ocala, FLA. And a sister Barbara Tellier of West Warwick, R.I. and a close friend Paula Long of Thompson. He was predeceased by a brother Warren Hopkins in 1974.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War during the Tet Offensive and was Honorably discharged.
He was a life member of VFW Post # 152 3 in Putnam, CT.
There are no calling hours.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
