Maureen Gail Johnson, 80, of East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick, died Monday, December 6, 2021 at her home.
Born in Central Falls, RI, she was a daughter of the late James and Jane (Jotka) Quinn. She had lived in West Warwick for 14 years.
Gail had worked as a machine operator for Stanley Bostitch in North Kingstown, for many years before retiring. She enjoyed Bingo. She loved spending her winter months in Colorado with her family. An avid nature lover, Gail enjoyed going to the beaches and Goddard Park with her sister and brother in law to see the boats and the horses. Gail enjoyed spoiling her beloved dog Sadie and her even furry grandchildren.
She is survived by her children: Christopher Quinn of Green Mountain Falls, CO, Jennifer Kandelaki and Caroline Chalk, both of Johnston, eight grand-children, a great granddaughter, Many nieces and nephews, a sister, Shiela Belanger, with whom she lived and three brothers: Dennis, James Murray and Brian Quinn. She was the sister of the late James Quinn, Jr., Peter Quinn, Marsha McGrath, and Mary Ellen Clark.
Her funeral service will be held Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Noon in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home,, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial will be at a later date.
