Janice R. (Beauregard) Roy, age 69, passed away on December 8, 2021 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born on August 7, 1952 in Springfield, a daughter of the late Fred Beauregard Sr and Gladys Beauregard. Janice worked as an assembly line worker and a machinist for Avery Dennison Paper Company for many years before she retired. She was a member of the Graphic Communications International Union for many years. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She is survived by her beloved husband of over 40 years, John Roy of Chicopee; her son Eric Roy and his wife Deidre of Chicopee; her granddaughter Kayla Roy, her sister-in-law Patricia “Patty” Beauregard of Chicopee and many nieces, nephews and granddaughters. She is predeceased by her brother Fred Beauregard. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 4:00 -7:00 PM at Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. Burial will be held at a later date.
