SPENCER: Dorothy M. "Dolly" (Perron) Choquette,72, of Spencer, died Tuesday, Dec. 7 at UMASS Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.
She leaves her husband of 53 years, Rosaire E. Choquette, her sons Wayne M. Choquette and his wife Cheryl of Rochdale, Daniel J.Choquette, Sr. and his wife Desiree of Ware and Kenneth S. Choquette of Spencer, three brothers Paul Perron and his wife Jeanne of Spencer, Joseph Perron of Rutland and Robert Perron and his wife Shirley of Leicester, a sister Pauline Choquette and her husband Raymond Choquette of E.Brookfield, four grandchildren; Daniel Choquette, Jr., Andrew Choquette, Joshua Choquette and Katie Choquette, many nieces and nephews.
Dolly worked in the foreign billing dept. for Flexcon in Spencer for 29 years, retiring in 2014. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Frank and Dorothy (Forgit) Perron and later graduated from Leicester High School. She was a member of Mary, Queen of the Rosary Parish. She enjoyed traveling along with her husband, cruises, trips to Old Orchard Beach, and her pool. She was an avid bowler.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, Dec. 11 from the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 7 Church St., Spencer. Burial will follow in Mary,Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer. Calling hours are Friday from 4 to 7p.m in the funeral home.
