Michael A. Mastrangelo, 85 of West Roxbury and Medford died Tuesday after a long illness in the Stanley Tippett House, Needham, MA.
Born in Italy he was the son of the late Maria (Novia) and Rocco Mastrangelo. Michael was a Machine Operator at the former Hub Box Folding Co. in South Boston for 45 years and retired in 1983.
Beloved husband of Giovanna “Nina” (Mauro) Mastrangelo. Devoted father of Maria McKendry and her husband Alan of Plymouth, Rocco Mastrangelo and his wife Beatrice of New Hampshire, Michael P. Mastrangelo, Jr. of Wellesley. Also survived by 3 loving grandchildren. Cherished step son of Donata Mastrangelo of Roxbury. Brother of Ralphel and Antonio Mastrangelo both of Somerville, Luigi Mastrangelo of Roxbury.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 10 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Friday 4 thru 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
