John William Turner, 60, of Tifton passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Tift Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held for Mr. Turner at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 4, 2021, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Kenny Kicklighter officiating. Mr. Turner will be laid to rest at a later date.
Born May 23, 1961, in Wetumpka, Alabama, Mr. Turner was the son of the late William Martin Turner and Joyce May Devine Kennedy. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Lisa Kennedy McGill. He retired from Tifton Peanut Company after 40 years of service. He loved his family and he was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Turner is survived by his wife, Anna Marie Baldree Turner of Tifton; three daughters and one son-in-law, Kathleen and Shorty Martinez, Angel Marie Turner and Maria Dominguez, all of Tifton; and three grandchildren, Kiko Martinez, Kruz Martinez and Julia Turner.
