Linda Kay (Remley) Price, 77, of Anderson, died November 29, 2021 at Community Hospital in Anderson following a two week illness.
She was born on July 19, 1944 in Anderson, the daughter of William and Charlotte (Hall) Remley. Linda was a beautician and owned and operated Michaels Salon of Hair Design for 39 years. She attended First Church of the Nazarene and was a member of the Anderson Corvette Club. Linda enjoyed playing euchre with her girlfriends, fishing and shopping.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Michael Price of Anderson; two children, Troy (Tonya) Price of Anderson, Ty (Amy) Price of Fishers; three grandchildren, Liam Price of Fishers, James Price of Rushville, and Desiree (Brock) Upchurch of New Castle; adopted son, Ray Lyons of Anderson; three siblings, Marsha (Mike) Utley of Anderson, Patti (Rick) Wilson of Sebring, FL, Jim Remley of Rockport, TX; several nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her mother-in-law and father-in law, Gordon and Ina Price, and a sister-in-law, Sandy Remley.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Rev. Daniel Stevens officiating. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11 AM until 1 PM at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Salvation Army.
