Loving mother and grandmother, June F (Breivogel) Deal, 82, of Rockland Massachusetts died peacefully on November 29 at Windrose in Weymouth.
Born in Quincy, Massachusetts on June 7, 1939, she was the oldest child of Walter Breivogel and Elsa (Holm) Breivogel. She was raised in several surrounding towns before graduating from Rockland High School in 1957.
She married the love of her life, the late Richard E Deal, in 1962 and had two children.
She worked for Rogers Middle School Cafeteria for many years, where she was always known for giving the biggest slice of Domino’s Pizza.
She loved spending her free time at her lake house on Newfound Lake in New Hampshire and her favorite activity was going out on her boat. Known for her contagious laugh and her immaculate house, she will be missed by all of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
June leaves behind her daughter Brenda (Deal) Atkins, her son Brian Deal and his partner Lori Wheeler Hackett. She is also survived by her brother, Walter “Rick” Breivogel and his wife Noreen (Libby) Breivogel, her niece Kimberly (Breivogel) Wamback and her husband John Wamback, and her nephew Kevin Breivogel and his wife Marcy (Levine) Breivogel. June has three granddaughters, her pride and joy, Melissa Gaffney, Noelle Atkins and Jaymie Atkins.
Family and friends are invited to attend her visiting hours on Friday December 3 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Route 58 @ the rotary) Whitman, Massachusetts.
