Lucy Araniz – 90, of Natick, MA and formerly of Waltham, MA died on Friday, November 26, 2021 surrounded by loving family.
Born in Argentina on May 23, 1931. She was wife to the late Hector E. Araniz and mother to the late Hector N. Araniz. She was mother to Enrique A. Araniz, his wife Margaret and her grandchildren Christiana and Alexander of Medway, MA.
Lucy worked for many years at Standard-Thomson in Waltham. She loved cooking for family, playing cards and going to social events.
She is also survived by her grandson, Justin A. Araniz, his wife Kate and great grandchildren Ava, Evan and Ian of North Reading, MA and her granddaughter Jessica of New Hampshire.
Calling Hours will be held at Ginley-Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber Street, Medway, MA on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 4-7PM.
There will not be a funeral mass and interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to your favorite charity.
