John P. Malone of South Boston passed away on Nov 22, 2021 at the age of 78. He was the loving husband of Janice Smyth Malone. Dear brother of Paul Malone and his wife Adriana of Walpole, his sister Doris Sousa and her husband Frederick of Westwood and the late Joseph, William, Robert & James Malone. Also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours at the Casper Funeral Home, 187 Dorchester Street South Boston Wednesday Dec. 1 from 9:00-10:30A.M. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Monica's Church, South Boston at 11:00a.m.. John will be laid to rest in New Calvary Cemetery, Roslindale where services will be concluded. John was a Veteran of the U.S Army and Marine Corps. Memorial gifts may be made in John's memory to the Fisher House through the West Roxbury Veterans Administration Hospital
