Marlene Kay Logan White of Prosser Washington, went to her rest on November 15, 2021 peacefully at her home.
Ms. White retired in 1999 from Boeing North American ( Formally Rockwell International ) in Anaheim, California. Marlene worked for the Department of Commerce, Census Bureau during the 2000 census. She retired in 2012 from the state of Kansas Bureau of Investigation as a Senior Administrative Assistant after 11 years..
She was born August 21, 1938, in Wichita, Kansas, to Glenn Albert and Rose Marie (Logan) White. She graduated from California High School in Whittier, California in 1956, and attended Fullerton College in Fullerton, California.
Ms. White was a member, since 1991 of the Woman to the Moose, Pomona CA Lodge and Fraternal Order of the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary of Santee/El Cajon, CA. Marlene was a member of the United Methodist Church of Whittier, Ca. She was a volunteer for the VIDA Program for the Internal Revenue Service for a few years and for approximately six years in total, a volunteer for the Riverside County Sheriffs Department of Riverside, CA.
She married Ronald Allen Ouellette, Sr. on September 12, 1958 and divorced in 1978. Later married Ivan W. White on March 19, 1982 and they later divorced in 1985.
Survivors include her sons, Ronald Allen Ouellette, Jr of Seneca, KS: Scott Albert Ouellette of Valencia, CA: and Lance Eugene Ouellette of Prosser, WA. Sisters, Arlene Fay Blanco of Eugene, Or: Glenda Rose Kracht of Junction City, KS: and brother, Ronald William Hayes of Topeka, KS.
As per Ms. White's request, cremation is planned and there will be no visitation or services.
