Michael Reardon, age 56, of Brockton, formerly of Quincy, died unexpectedly on Friday, November 19, 2021 at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. Michael was the loving and devoted husband of Maribel (Simons) Reardon. Born in Revere, he was the son of the late Daniel and Dolores (Kanclerowicz) Reardon.
Michael was raised in Chelsea, MA and was a graduate of Chelsea High School. For the past five years, Michael worked at Kone Elevator in Canton, MA and loved scrapping in his free time. He always felt his biggest success was the time spent with his wife and their life together. He also enjoyed watching “Ancient Aliens”, “The Vikings” and space, history and various nature shows. Michael was an excellent card player and especially enjoyed CATAN. He always loved to make others laugh with his endless jokes. It filled his heart with joy to bring smiles to their faces. Michael made Maribel laugh everyday of their lives together despite whatever was going on in their lives.
Michael was an avid animal advocate and a proud and active member of NA and AA of the South Shore.
Michael was the brother of Janet Walleston and her husband Edmund of Bradford, Margaret Condon and her husband Michael of Methuen, Daniel Reardon and his wife Margaret of Wrentham, Kathy DiGregorio of Maine and Lori Reardon of Bradford. Michael is survived by many nieces and nephews; Megan Walleston of Bradford, Caitlyn Watson and husband Steven of Haverhill, Edmund Walleston, Jr. and wife Shivangi Patel of Attleboro, Michael Condon and wife Emily of Roslindale, Rachel Condon of Texas, Mollie Condon of Methuen, Sarah Reardon and Patrick Reardon of Wrentham, Jessica Boucher and husband Raymond of New Hampshire, Kimberly DiGregorio of New Hampshire and Anthony DiGregorio of Florida and two great- nephews Stephen Watson Jr. and Mason Watson.
Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Friday, November, 26 from 11am-1pm, followed by a Funeral Service at 1pm. Burial will be held at a later date.
