Albert T. Puopolo, Jr., age 65, of Medford passed away on Wednesday, November 17th, at Winchester Hospital. A lifelong Medford resident, he was the son of the late Albert T. Sr. and Gloria L. (Lanzilla) Puopolo. Albert was employed as a mechanic, and enjoyed restoring cars and motorcycles, especially his Harley. He would help anybody in need, and always thought of others first. Albert especially loved his family, and going on fishing trips to Old Orchard Beach, Maine.
Albert was the beloved husband of Denise (Paris) Puopolo, and the devoted father of Nicole Collie of Medford, and Angela Puopolo and her husband Sean of Spencer. He was the loving grandfather of DeAnna, Anthony, Nicholas, Teagan, Seamus, Reigan, and the late Mason and Marcus. Albert was the dear brother of Maria Galante and her husband Richard of Gloucester, and brother-in-law of Karen Ferreira and her late husband Joseph, Sheila Gnerre and her husband Rick, and Pauline, Yvette and Kimberly Paris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, on Monday, November 29th at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with family from 10 through 11 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Albert’s family respectfully requests that masks be worn while attending services.
