Walterfield A. Gunthorpe passed away peacefully the morning of November 13, 2021, with his wife by his side.
Walter was born on the beautiful island of Antigua. He was employed at Flick International in Boston, MA for 25 years where he later retired. Walter enjoyed cooking and hanging with his friends.
He was predeceased by parents Joseph and Elmira Gunthorpe and leaves his loving wife Doreen Spence- Gunthorpe. He will forever be remembered for his generosity to others and his love for life.
Visiting Hours will be held at Casper Funeral Home located at 187 Dorchester Street in South Boston on Monday, November 22, 2021 from 11 AM - 1 PM. Interment services will be private.
