Roy Dean Orman, 77, of Anderson, died suddenly on November 15, 2021 at Community Hospital.
He was born August 4, 1944 in Santa Barbara, California, the son of Herbert and Ruby (Mears) Orman. After graduation, he served in the United States Army.
He retired, after working 33 years, from Delco Remy as a maintenance supervisor.
He was a member of East Lynn Christian Church and Veterans of Foreign War Post #266. He loved to golf and fish and was an avid NASCAR fan especially Dale Earnhardt.
He is survived by his wife of almost 30 years, Linda (Garrett) Orman of Anderson; two daughters, Lori (Johnny) Brown of Carthage, IN; Amy McHugh of Jamestown, IN; three step-children, Steve (Tammy) Lewis and Tina Lewis (Jim Marroquin) all of Anderson and Jeffrey (Aubrey) Cannaday of Lafayette; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, Mike McHugh and a sister, Rita Rehmel.

Services will be __________________________________at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Rev. Steve Defieldf-Gambrel of East Lynn Christian Church officiating. Burial will be at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery with Military rites by Daleville American Legion.
Visitation will be _________________________________________from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
