Constance V. “Connie” (Visconti) Taylor, of Melrose formerly of Medford, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2021. She was 93 years old.
Connie enjoyed reading, knitting and entertaining her friends. She especially treasured her time with her grandchildren and loved her cats.
Connie was the beloved wife of 42 years to the late Denis J. Taylor. She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Maria (Miola) Visconti. Connie was the loving mother of Denis Taylor and his wife Rene of Melrose, John Taylor and his wife Patricia of Raymond, NH and the late Andrew Taylor and his surviving wife Diane Taylor-Vetree. She was the dear sister of Julius Visconti of Stoneham and the late Fortuna Trulli. Connie was the sister in-law of the late Mary Taylor and former mother in-law of Jeanine Taylor-Huot. She was the cherished grandmother of Corey Taylor and his wife Chelsea, Johnathan, Jennifer, Alyssa and Denis Taylor, and great grandmother of Camden Taylor. Connie was the aunt of Donna Forlizzi, William Trulli, Julianne Carlson, Marianne Murphy, Robert Visconti, Maureen Farnsworth, Carolyn Cucinotta, Christine Sinagra and the late Cathy Cucinotta.
The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Friday November 19th at 9:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Mary’s Church, Herbert Street, Melrose at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 3-7pm. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
