WEBSTER – John D. “Johnny” Wayman, 68, died Saturday, November 13, 2021 in Lanessa Extended Care Facility after a courageous battle with cancer.
He leaves 3 brothers, Carleton R. Wayman, Jr. and his wife Joyce of Webster, Charles W. Wayman of Fairborn, Ohio and Gregg S. Wayman of New Ipswich, NH; 2 sisters, Susan P. Perry of Thompson, CT and Caryl P. Savard of Webster; and many nephews and nieces.
John was born in Webster on September 4, 1953, the son of Carleton Wayman, Sr. and Cecile (Perron) Wayman and lived here all his life. He enjoyed spending time at Dunkin’ Donuts on Main Street and many people knew him from his presence there. Johnny was always available to volunteer to collect money for the Disabled American Veterans, the Special Olympics and the Webster-Dudley Rotary Club.
No funeral services are planned. Arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School Street.
