Clark III, Charles Estes – of South Boston, MA was promoted to glory in the late hours of Friday, October 15th after an intense fight with cancer. Born in Malden, Massachusetts, Charles attended Malden High School but ultimately went on to get his GED. Charles was an A+ Certified Computer Technician as well as being a certified Computer Network Authorized Technician for TechForce.
Charles met his wife, Karen Jill Waddington Kiser Clark, at The Salvation Army Boston Central Corps where they married on November 5, 1994. Charles was an accomplished singer, song writer, and guitarist.
Charles is survived by his wife, Karen J, his daughters Karen L. Clark, Lauren M. Clark Goyco, Charlotte L. Clark and their two sons, Charles Waddington Clark and Jeffrey Thomas Clark. Charles is also survived by his sisters Maryann (and the late John Buckley) and Kathleen Bergstrom and brothers, Tom, Jim, John and Dan. He will be sorely missed as well by his sisters-in-law Christine, Zina and Wendy and brother-in-law Ron, and 4 grandchildren (Xavier, Izabelle, Vida and Abbagail) and many cousins, nieces, and nephews as well as many other friends and family.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 14th, at 2 pm at the Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Center, 650 Dudley Street, Dorchester, MA 02125. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated by the family.
