Tina M. (Caravaggio) Baker 50, of Franklin, died peacefully, Wednesday November 10, 2021 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, following an illness. She was the beloved wife of David W. “Dave” Baker, Jr., with whom she shared 26 years of marriage.
Born October 11, 1971 in Newton a daughter of Donato P. “Dan” Caravaggio of Franklin and the late Lisette M. (Grondin) Caravaggio, she was a lifelong resident of Franklin.
She was raised and educated in Franklin and was a graduate of Franklin High School Class of 1989. She then attended Bridgewater State University, where she received her bachelors’ degree. Tina worked as a schoolteacher in Plainville at the Jackson Elementary School.
Tina was devoted to her family, friends, students and her dogs. She enjoyed watching her children’s sporting events, listening to music and being around her family.
In addition to her husband, and father, she is survived by her son’s, Marcus A. Baker and Zackery D. Baker of Franklin, and a sister Lisa A. Caravaggio-Decker of Franklin.
She was the sister of the late Anthony M. Caravaggio.
Also surviving are her canine companions, Yogi & Fenway.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Tuesday Nov. 16th, at 9AM from the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Franklin at 10AM.
Interment will follow at the parish cemetery.
Calling hours are Monday from 4-7PM.
