PORT ST. LUCIE, FL/ MILLBURY___Paulajean Frances (Ciuffredo) Knight, 53 of Port St. Lucie, FL, passed peacefully on October 21, 2021 after her strong, courageous battle with lung cancer.
She was born in Millbury on October 28, 1967, daughter of Rojean E. (Samia) and Michael F. Ciuffredo, Sr. who predeceased her. She was also predeceased by her uncle, Edward E. Samia and her nephew, John-Michael Reeks.
She leaves her loving and devoted husband, love of her life, Kenneth L. Knight and her daughter, whom she adored with all her heart, Alexis J. Healy and her partner Nicholas B. Rouselle and her fur babies Snookie, Cooper and Tika. She also leaves her siblings Steven Reeks, E. John Reeks (Scott), Michelle Sargent (Glenn), Michael “Chick” Ciuffredo (Doreen) and Sandra Frazier (Travis). Also, many aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews, many lifelong friends including Susan (Hodgeman) Woods.
Paulajean was employed by the City of Worcester, DPW & School Departments over 30 years, retiring in 2017. She was a member of Nage 495 DPW and past Vice President of Nage R1-156 School Dept.
After that she fulfilled her mother’s dream of moving to Florida where she enjoyed the warm weather and trips to the beach. She especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Paulajean was so full of light, beauty and love. She had a sense of humor that even on the rough days could make those days better. She will be forever missed by her family and everyone whom her life has touched. She lived life to the fullest.
A graveside service will be held on November 18, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Central Cemetery, 47 Waters St., Millbury. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123 or Worcester Animal Rescue League, 139 Holden St, Worcester, MA 01606.
