It is with great sadness that we share the sudden passing of Deborah A. Conner-Hall on her 45th wedding anniversary November 7, 2021.
Her loving husband Bernard V. Hall was her best friend and high school sweetheart for over 50 years. They were truly soulmates in every sense of the word. Deborah was a dedicated, loving mother to her son Chris and the late Erin and Derek Hall, as well as daughters -in-law Nichole Hall & Tawana Bourne. She was also the doting “Grammy” to 3 beautiful grandchildren Kali Hall, Ivy Hall and Leo Hall.
Deborah was the beloved daughter of Winifred Conner-Knight and the late John F. Conner and Luke Knight and also the sister of Donna Conner-Loomis, Doreen Reilly and the late brother John M. Conner and his wife Bonnie Conner, along with a plentitude of beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Deborah began her career at the age of 21, as the first woman to work for the telephone company as an installer-trouble shooter and was known for being able to clamber up and down a telephone pole quicker than you can say “Deposit another $1.25 please”. She then ventured off to become a well know waitress at George’s Café in Brockton and also spent some time working a BAMSI & New England Art.
In 1976 Deborah married Bernard and devoted the remainder of her life to growing and nurturing the family they created together
Family and friends are invited to attend her visiting hours on Tuesday November 16 from 10:00AM-1:00 PM with a service to follow at 1:00 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, Rockland.
