Aida L. Gautier, 78, died Saturday, November 6th in TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center, Smyrna, TN. She leaves her children, George Rosario, Sara Perez and her husband, Nelson, Nancy Delgado and her husband, Charles, Pablo Rosario, Daniel Rosario and his wife, Gloria Gibney and Ruth Rosario; 18 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Evelia Santos Pagan, Ramon Barreto, Dolores Gautier, Alfredo Gautier, Juan Gautier, Jose Manuel Gautier.
She was born in Carolina, Puerto Rico the daughter of Secundino Gautier and Luisa Barreto DelValle. Aida attended Quinsigamond Community College. She worked as a Community Outreach Worker for over 20 years for UMASS Memorial Health Care at Plumley Village Clinic.
For the last 6 years, Aida resided in Antioch, TN. She was a member of The Chapel at Antioch where she was ordained as a local preacher. She was loved by many and heavily relied on her faith.
Her funeral is Saturday, November 13th with a service at 11:00 a.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
