Teresa M. Nunziato, age 65, of Medford passed away on Monday, November 8th, at Winchester Hospital. A lifelong Medford resident, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Edith (Vena) Nunziato. Teresa worked for 25 years in the Somerville Assessor’s Office. Her family, friends and coworkers were most important to her. She loved children, and enjoyed spending holidays with family and vacations on Martha’s Vineyard.
Teresa was the dear sister of Rita Bartolomeu of Medford and her late husband Carlos, and Tom Nunziato of Medford. She was the cherished aunt of Cristina Bartolomeu, Sharon Sirignano and her husband Gerry, and Timothy Bartolomeu, all of Medford. Teresa was the beloved great aunt of Grace, Luke, Marco, Stella and Charlie.
A funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High St., Medford on Monday, November 15th at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with family in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, from 9 AM through 10:30 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
