Carol Anne Ducrow, 76, of Sandown, NH, passed away Tuesday November 9, 2021 in the Ridgewood Center in Bedford, NH surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Melrose, MA on November 20, 1944, a daughter of the late Francis Donohue, from Creston, Iowa, and Rosemary (Bryan) Donohue, from Winnipeg, Canada. Carol had been a resident of Londonderry and Sandown since 1998, and was formerly from Melrose, Massachusetts. Carol was an avid reader, and gifted in the art of writing poetry. She enjoyed doing stitchery, and cherished spending time with her daughters, grandchildren, great grandchild, and family. She found great peace in practicing her religious faith.
Carol was blessed with four daughters: Carol Kelly and her husband James of Londonderry, NH, Vicki Marie Ducrow (deceased), Michele Double and her husband Ken of Sandown, NH and Julie Whelan and her husband Mark of Sandown. Carol was equally blessed with six grandchildren; James, Daniel, Dylan, Gabriella, Jacob, and Matthew, and had one great grandchild, Jace. Carol is survived by her five brothers, Francis, Christopher, Joseph, James, and William, as well as her four sisters, Kathleen, Elaine, Genevieve, and Teresa. She was predeceased by her siblings, Vincent and Rosemary.
Following cremation, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 17th at 11:00am at Saints Mary and Joseph Parish: Mary Queen of Peace Church, 200 Lawrence Rd, Salem, NH 03079 (603-893-8661). The family will greet family and friends beginning at 10:30am at the Church. Masks are required for attending services in the Church. A gathering will follow in the Church hall.
