Billy W. McCoy, 65, of Russet Lane, East Hampstead, NH died Sunday July 28, 2002 in the Exeter Hospital, Exeter, NH following a brief illness. He was born in Providence, KY on July 29, 1936 the son of the late Clyde and Verble (Brown) McCoy. He had resided in East Hampstead since 1966, formerly living in Chicago, IL. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly (O’Connor) McCoy, East Hampstead, three sons, Anthony McCoy, Derry, NH, Stephen McCoy, Glassboro, NJ, Edward McCoy, Sandown, NH, one daughter, Eleanor Brown, Norton, Ma, two grandchildren and his sister, Phyllis Kennedy, Madisonville, KY.
At the family’s request, funeral services will be private. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH is handling arrangements.
