Mary A. (Novello) Williams, a lifelong resident of Charlestown, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at her home in Charlestown. She was 85 years of age.
Mary was born in Boston on November 1, 1936, a daughter of the late Tino Novello and Viola (Saccardo) Novello. She grew up in Charlestown where she was educated in the Boston Public School System and Charlestown High School. Mary was a private person, who loved animals, and dedicated her life to her beloved family.
Mary is the beloved wife of the late David S. Williams. She is the devoted mother of Francis “Frank” Williams and his wife Patty, and David Williams and his wife Mary. She is the loving Grandma of David, Mary, Johnny, Joey, Mary Jo, and Charles. She is the beloved sister of Viola Siriani and her husband Louis, and the late Rocco “Rocky” Novello and Tino Novello. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Relatives & friends are invited to attend Mary’s visiting hours on Saturday from 10AM to 12Noon followed by her Funeral Service at 12Noon in The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown. Burial is private.
